Everyone involved with this process especially the great workers that put my new roof on made this experience really great. In spite of a couple hiccups Tony went out of his way to make things right for me. I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of my new metal roof! Thank you Hippo!

We had a very bad experience with this company. Unprofessional and very poor communication. After recieving a quote, we signed a contract. The materials were delivered on the roof. No roofers showed up the day they were scheduled to place the roof. They postponed the start date. There was no communication about when the project would start. 3 weeks after the heavy pallets of materials sat on the roof, I finally got a hold of someone from the company who said the crew they wanted to use was no longer available to do the job because of other contracts they had. They came and picked up the materials after the complaint was made. They never followed through with thier contract. Also, when you call the company they use AI and there is no way to speak to anyone. Terrible experience. We may have further damage due to materials sitting on the roof for 3 weeks. No accountability or attempt to make things right.
We Do not reccomend this company!!

Also, do not trust the chat gpt response to the review. Two women that work for the company were very nice and tried to communicate after the fact. They still were not able to get their company to finish their job. Those women returned our deposit in a timely manner. We ended up using the company Longhorn. Longhorn roofing was professional, communicated well, and were efficient.

I had the best experience with Hippo Roofing. They did my Melbourne house so quickly and it looks amazing.

Hippo Roofing did a great job on my clients roof. They were quick to respond when I called and got us scheduled quickly. The staff and roof technician were so professional, from the time the call was scheduled to the time the job was completed. They communicated often with updates. We will definitely be calling them again.

Roofing in Titusville, Brevard County

Titusville sits at the north end of Brevard, across the Indian River from the Kennedy Space Center. Our closest location is Melbourne.

Titusville is the county seat of Brevard, so this is where the county's own permitting and inspection sit. It runs along the Indian River west of Merritt Island and the Kennedy Space Center, which puts it inland of the barrier island but still in open wind exposure off the lagoon. Wind uplift rating matters more here than corrosion does.

Florida code allows a new roof to be laid over one existing layer only. Two or more layers means a full tear off, and that single fact changes the price of a Titusville roof more than almost anything else. We check it before we quote, not after.

Insurers across Brevard County now push replacement at 15 to 20 years regardless of condition. A shingle roof reaches the end of its insurable life at roughly the same time it reaches the end of its physical life, which is the main reason Titusville homeowners look at metal.
