- Photos start to finish. Our crews photograph the old roof, the deck, the underlayment and the finished roof, and we share those photos with you.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most of the homes on this page were finished within a few days of the tear-off. Tile roofs and larger metal roofs take longer. We pull the permit under our own license, meet the inspector on site, and leave you with photos of the finished roof.

Standing Seam Metal Roof with Solar Attic Fan
A dark gray standing seam metal roof on a Rockledge home, finished with a solar powered attic fan. Standing seam is the system we recommend most often for Florida, because the fasteners are hidden under the seams rather than exposed to sun and driving rain. The attic fan moves hot air out of the roof cavity, which is what keeps a Florida attic from cooking the roof deck from underneath.
